Support transport and dispatch operations by coordinating daily material movements, monitoring contractor execution, and maintaining accurate dispatch and equipment records. The role ensures smooth execution of rebar dispatch, internal material transfers, and hired equipment utilization in line with operational instructions and approved procedures.
The Coordinator I works under the supervision of the Department Head and is authorized to assist coordination of routine dispatch, transport, and equipment activities in accordance with approved instructions and schedules. The role may check contractor performance, validate documentation, and record operational data but does not have authority to approve transport contracts, modify dispatch plans, negotiate rates, or authorize payments. Any operational deviation, contractor dispute, cost discrepancy, or non-routine issue is escalated to the Department Head for decision and resolution.
