As an HR Officer at Kuwait Steel, you will support our HR department's day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Maintain and update employee records, handle documentation, and assist with HR reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with labour laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and supporting employees with benefits-related queries.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to identify training needs and help organize training sessions.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
